WatchBandBatteries.com has a 7 day money back guarantee. If you find that you do not like your watch and there has been no particular damage or wear-and-tear to it, then will either exchange the item or provide merchandise credit within 7 business days. All watches are 100% authentic. No refunds or exchanges are given for items that have been treated improperly or have had accidental damage. Bumps, breaks, chips, and any other forms of maltreatment to the item also exclude it from being exchangeable or returned. Items that have been found to not be 100% as described when it was purchased can be returned. All claims, returns, battery replacements or warranty service must be accompanied by your invoice. All SALE items are considered FINAL SALE on selections and cannot be exchanged or returned. For defects found previous to being used, we will repair the watch as needed or replace it with an identical watch. If neither is acceptable, we will provide a full refund. The warranty excludes battery, new bands, crystals, buckles, links or any other enhancements.

How to Prepare a Return & Exchange for WatchBandBatteries.com

To get a full refund or exchange, follow these instructions exactly. The failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return and WatchBandBatteries.com will not assume responsibility for a reimbursement or compensation for any losses in the shipping process.

1. Obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization Form

Please call our Customer Service Center during our business hours or send us an e-mail to obtain a Return Authorization Form. The merchandise must be acceptable for return or exchange in accordance to our policy. A Return Authorization Form and a prepaid return shipping label will be mailed or e-mailed to you.

2. Package Your Return/Exchange

The returned or exchanged merchandise must be received in saleable condition. Items that have been treated improperly or have had accidental damage during the transfer may not be accepted. Enclose the merchandise with the Return Authorization Form, your sales invoice and all original packaging, instruction manuals and warranties.

3. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

You MUST use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you through the mail or e-mail, along with the Return Authorization Form. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not process properly and we are not liable for any losses. WatchBandBatteries.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package has been lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled.

4. The Return/Exchange Process

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise has been accepted for return or exchange accordingly to our policy, your refund or replacement item will be processed within a few business days.
